UNIVERSITY OF ROEHAMPTON
The SCITT works in collaboration with the University of Roehampton in a number of ways. Principally, the university leads the delivery of the PGCE element of our programme and accredits the award of the PGCE. As our partner, trainees also have access to many university services including library, online resources and literature, writing support as well as well-being services.
EDUCATION SUPPORT NETWORK
The SCITT are members of Education Support Network which enables trainees to access a range of services to support them with their health and well-being.
HOUNSLOW LANGUAGE SERVICE
The SCITT works in partnership with the Hounslow language Service to deliver our EAL training. Hounslow Language Service has over 30 years of experience of training beginner and established teacher as well as supporting schools internationally to improve their provision for EAL learners.
LONDON SOUTH WEST MATHS HUB
The SCITT works in partnership with the South West London Maths Hub to deliver both primary and secondary maths training.
NASBTT - NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SCHOOL BASED TEACHER TRAINERS
The SCITT is a member of NASBTT and utilises and accesses NASBTT services and provision for our trainees.
NOW TEACH
Now Teach is a charity that finds and supports career changers in teaching. We partner with schools, universities and training providers, support career changers and connect them with a strong professional network to amplify impact and accelerate progress.
SAPERE
SAPERE is the Society for Advancing Philosophical Enquiry and Reflection in Education. It brings together a network of people practising and promoting philosophical enquiry in communities, often referred to as P4C.
SUTTON MUSIC SERVICE
The SCITT works with Sutton Music Service to support music trainees with an understanding of contemporary research and pedagogy in music teaching.
SUTTON SPORTS PARTNERSHIP
Delivers training that educates, supports and empowers trainees in the participation of healthy activities and the delivery of Physical Education in the curriculum.
